Our promise
Every first-time purchase of Qea Classic Coffee is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you may return your bag — opened or unopened — within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Email qeacoffee123@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a return authorization. We'll reply with the return address within 1–2 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund returns lost in transit. Once your return is received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price; original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The money-back guarantee applies to one order per customer and household. Orders returned without a return authorization, or received more than 45 days after delivery, aren't eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse.

If you need out of a subscription for any significant reason — financial hardship, medical circumstances, or another real change in your situation — email qeacoffee123@gmail.com and tell us. We may, at our discretion, release you from the minimum term. We do not require documentation and we reply within one business day.
By selecting the $1 trial offer you are enrolling in a recurring subscription and committing to three (3) monthly payments of $28.00. You will be charged $1.00 at the time of your order, then $28.00 one month after your order and on that same day for each of the following two months. The total amount you are committing to is $85.00, including the initial $1.00 payment. This subscription cannot be cancelled until all three $28.00 payments have been completed. After the third payment, the subscription continues automatically at $28.00 per month and may be cancelled at any time.
The $25.00-every-30-days cancel-anytime plan is no longer offered to new customers. If you are already on it, nothing changes: you remain billed at $25.00 every 30 days with no minimum term, continuing until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal at drinkqea.com/account or by emailing qeacoffee123@gmail.com. We email you at least three (3) days before each renewal.
$37.00 for a single bag. No subscription is created and nothing recurring is charged.
Charges are made to the payment method on file on the same calendar day each month. If a payment fails we will retry up to three times over seven days and notify you by email. Failed payments do not release you from the minimum term. Prices are in USD and exclude tax and shipping where shown separately.
We will email you at least seven (7) days before your first $28.00 charge.
$1 Trial subscriptions may be cancelled once the three-payment minimum is complete. Existing monthly (cancel-anytime) subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal. Cancel at drinkqea.com/account or by emailing qeacoffee123@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial periods. Cancelling does not stop an order that has already shipped.
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery of your first bag for a full refund of all amounts paid to date. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged again. This guarantee is available once per customer and overrides the three-payment minimum.
We will give at least thirty (30) days' email notice before changing your subscription price. You may cancel before the change takes effect regardless of minimum term status.
