Every first-time purchase of Qea Classic Coffee is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you may return your bag — opened or unopened — within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Email qeacoffee123@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a return authorization. We'll reply with the return address within 1–2 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund returns lost in transit. Once your return is received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price; original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The money-back guarantee applies to one order per customer and household. Orders returned without a return authorization, or received more than 45 days after delivery, aren't eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse.

Charges are made to the payment method on file on the same calendar day each month, in USD, excluding tax where shown separately. If a payment fails we automatically retry on days 1, 3 and 7 and email you; our card updater keeps expired cards current. An order is not fulfilled or shipped on a failed charge.
Subscribe & Save has no minimum — cancel, skip, or pause at any time before your next renewal at drinkqea.com/account or by emailing qeacoffee123@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial periods. Cancelling does not stop an order that has already shipped.
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery of your first bag for a full refund of amounts paid to date. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged again. Available once per customer.
We will give at least thirty (30) days' email notice before changing your subscription price. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Earlier offers (the $1 first-month trial and the $25/month plan) are no longer sold. If you enrolled in one of them it continues under its original terms until you cancel.
